These awards recognise the best talent in our industry. Judges are looking for the individuals and teams who are role models, and colleague-focused approaches that are inspiring others. This is an opportunity to say thank you to those that deserve recognition for the work they are doing in their contact centre operation. 

Some enter these awards to raise the profile of their contact centre, others to engage their team while others do it to attract new talent. Whatever the reason, the benefits of going through the nomination and judging process are immense.

What is the judging process?

These are the most robust awards in the UK contact centre industry, where it’s the industry leaders that identify the winners through a fair and rigorous judging process. And that’s why, when you are recognised as a winner, it means so much and can be life changing. 

There are two stages: shortlisting and then finals. During shortlisting entries are reviewed by a panel of judges that assess written nominations against the judging criteria. The process for judging in the finals depends on the category, but all involve talking to judges either in person or virtually.
