How Many Times Can An Organisation Enter?

You can enter as many times as you like.

Does It Cost To Enter The Awards?

If you’re not a member of the CCMA there is a fee of £299+VAT for your first entry and then £150 for each additional entry. And you can enter as many times as you like. If you are not a member and will be paying for your nominations, you will receive an invoice after the deadline. The invoice will need paying immediately by BACS or credit card in order to be judged in the shortlisting stage. If the invoice needs a purchase order, please send it to info@ccma.org.uk before the deadline.

How Easy Is The Entry Process?

It couldn’t be easier! Simply register, then start your entry. As well as providing information about the nomination, there are just a couple of questions for you to answer to share your story.

Is The Content Of Each Nomination Confidential?

All of our judges sign a confidentiality agreement before having access to any of the nominations. In addition, any documentation that is provided during the judging process is securely destroyed six weeks after the winners are announced.

I Have 750 Words On My Entry, Why Won’t The System Accept Them?

The system counts some spaces e.g. before bullets. There are two ways of counting the number of words in Microsoft Word so make sure you choose the option to include spaces then you will know it will fit.

How Do I Qualify For Free Entry?

To qualify for free entry into the awards, your organisation must be a fully-paid member of the CCMA on the day of the entry deadline.

What Will My Judging Involve?

Will Judges Be Visiting Contact Centres?

We are committed to conducting a robust judging process to identify the right winner so for the Contact Centre Culture categories, our judges will visit your operation.

Will Finalists Be Invited To London Or Manchester To Present At Panel Judging?

No. If the nomination is one that is judged by a panel, finalists will be invited to present their nomination via an online platform. Finalists will not need to travel to London or Manchester to present.

Which Online Platform Will The Judges Use?

The judging will take place on Microsoft Teams unless a finalist is unable to access this platform. In the event that Teams is not an option, we will consider other platforms.

What Do I Need To Do For A Panel Presentation To The Judges?

You will be invited to present your nomination and take questions from a panel using an online meeting platform. Your presentation should take 20 minutes with up to four members of the team present, followed by 20 minutes for questions by the judges. We will send you a briefing note with more information with  your invite.

Who Are The Judges?

The panel of judges all experienced contact centre professionals who have worked in the contact centre and have led a contact centre operation. They have been chosen for their many years of industry experience, leadership and their specific expertise, and are respected by their peers and/or wider industry for what they have achieved. Many of the judges are previous award winners, others have been judging for many years – they all understand the contact centre industry and know what good looks like.

How Many People Can Present From Our Organisation?

At a panel presentation you can nominate up to four people to participate in your presentation.

At a showcase, this may be more and can change throughout the agenda depending on the topic being discussed. The most important thing is to have the right people presenting, judges like to hear from all levels e.g. advisors through to senior management.

How Many Judges Will We Be Presenting To?

There will be up to four judges to hear your story, depending on the category.

Will We Get Any Feedback On Our Nomination?

All finalists are invited to request feedback once the winners are announced.

When And Where Will The Winners Be Announced?

The winners will be announced on Monday 17 June 2024 at a lavish black-tie Awards Night at Old Billingsgate in Central London.

You can book your table to the Awards Night here.

Can I Book More Than One Table?

The Awards Night is very popular and we aim to allow all Finalists the opportunity to attend. Therefore, there are currently only one or half tables available. Of course, once all Finalists have had their chance to be there, we will release more tables for sale. If you’d like more than one table, please complete the Booking Forum and tick the box or email help@ukncca.com and we’ll pop you on waiting list. 

What Time Does The Awards Evening Start?

The doors open at 18:30. The awards presentation starts after dinner has been served, which is approximately 19:15. All timings are subject to change.

What Is The Dress Code For The Evening?

The dress code is black tie and glamourous dresses.

Is There Somewhere To Leave My Coat And Bag When I Arrive?

Yes, there is a cloakroom in the main entrance where you can leave your coat and bag for free. Items are left here at your own risk.

The Table Package Includes Unlimited Wine, Beer And Soft Drinks. What Is Not Included?

A selected red and white wine are available all evening, together with beers and soft drinks, including water, from the bars and via table waiters during dinner. If you want to upgrade the wine, drink prosecco or champagne or would like to drink spirits during the evening, these are available at an additional cost payable by card only at the bar.
