What to Expect
The winners of the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2026 will be announced at Old Billingsgate in Central London, on Monday 22 June 2026, at the biggest awards night celebrating UK contact centre talent.
Guests are treated to a spectacular evening, beginning with a drinks reception in the sunshine on the terrace overlooking the River Thames. Each year, a surprise celebrity host takes to the stage to lead the celebrations and announce the winners.
Previous winners include Bupa, Heineken, Home Office, Leeds Building Society, Nespresso, NewDay, Octopus Energy, ResQ, TSB and more.

The Venue: Old Billingsgate
Set in the heart of the City on the North bank of the River Thames, Old Billingsgate has been home to the UK National Contact Centre Awards for two years now. At this exclusive black-tie evening, with stunning views of Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and London Bridge, you can expect a fabulous night out.
