How to enter the UK National Contact Centre Awards
How to create an Entry
Entering the UK National Contact Centre Awards is easy! We’ve kept the nomination questions concise, so there are no complicated forms to complete. Just tell your story, in your words. What have you delivered, what makes you/your team/your organisation special? Simple.
It’s really easy to take part and the process is all done online using a system called AwardForce. And remember:
– You can register an entry, and then revisit the nomination form as many times as you like in order to finesse your nomination.
– You might want to write your entries on a Word document and then cut and paste into the online nomination form when you’re ready.
– If you get stuck or need some advice on the process, get in touch, we’re happy to help you.
Cost to enter
Entering is free for CCMA members. If you are not a member, you will receive an invoice after the deadline for £299 + VAT for your first entry, and £149 + VAT for each additional entry.
Your invoice will need paying immediately by BACS or credit card in order to be judged in the shortlisting stage. If the invoice needs a purchase order, please send it to help@ukncca.co.uk before the deadline.
Follow these easy steps:
1. Log in or register an account using our online system, AwardForce that you can access here.
2. Once logged into the nomination site, you will be taken to the main ‘Entries’ page where you can Start an Entry (located at the bottom of the page).
3. Select your Category and input your Entry Name and start filling in the fields (you don’t have to write the whole entry at this stage!).
4. Complete all the questions within the nomination form
5. Once finished, click ‘Submit Entry’. You can still add to and edit your entries right up until midnight on Friday 23 February 2024. You can even print your drafts as PDFs to share them internally for feedback.
If you are not a member, your invoice will be sent after the deadline has passed. Arrange immediate payment by BACS or credit card.
