The UK National Contact Centre Awards are open and accepting nominations until Friday 23 February 2024.

We held a webinar to give yourself the best chance of writing a winning entry and to find out more about the awards.

Hear advice from previous winners, Victor Chambers, Contact Centre Specialist Team Manager at npower Business Solutions and Alice Hunt, from the Performance Management Team at Hastings Direct – winner of Contact Centre Support Team of the Year (Large). Head Judge, Steven Lee, also shares some insightful tips.
