The UK’s most prestigious awards for contact centre professionals, the UK National Contact Centre Awards, are now open for nominations as they mark their 30th anniversary. Recognised as the most respected awards programme in the industry, they celebrate the dedication, innovation, and talent of the people and teams who make a difference in the contact centre sector.
Organised by the CCMA (Contact Centre Management Association), the 2025 programme features two brand new categories, Specialist Team of the Year and Contact Centre Excellence. The Specialist Team of the Year category recognises teams that excel in providing specialist services such as retention, bereavement support, assisting vulnerable customers, or managing social media interactions.
The Contact Centre Excellence category is open to CCMA Accredited Contact Centres that have had a deep independent assessment against the Contact Centre Standards Framework.
The winners will be announced at a glittering Awards Night on Monday 16 June 2025 in London – an unmissable opportunity to celebrate the incredible talent in contact centres and to recognise those leading the way in operational excellence.
Leigh Hopwood, CEO of the CCMA, expressed her enthusiasm for this milestone year: “For three decades these awards have shone a spotlight on the incredible people and initiatives within the contact centre industry – they genuinely change lives. The judges are looking for inspiring role models and innovative approaches that drive the industry forward. Simply being nominated for these awards is not only a celebration of talent but a powerful recognition that can enhance careers, inspire teams, and build reputations.”
The awards are known for their integrity, with a two-stage judging process overseen by a panel of experienced contact centre leaders and previous award winners. Sarah Williams, Chief Customer Experience Officer for Westminster City Council, a previous winner and one of the Head Judges, praised the rigorous approach: “These awards are second to none. They are built on credibility and fairness, offering nominees a developmental experience while celebrating excellence. It’s a privilege to be part of such a meaningful process.”

Entering the awards is a straightforward process, entry is included within membership for CCMA members to participate and non-members are welcome to get involved for a small fee. The deadline for nominations is Friday 21 February 2025, and entrants have the flexibility to edit their submissions until the closing date.
